We are seeking an experienced, problem-solving engineer skilled across the stack (Backend, Front End, and Full Stack) to help develop new products and scale our systems. Our ability to swiftly iterate on products, informed by market feedback, is crucial as we aim to bring our technology to millions worldwide, ensuring safe and reliable delivery. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the pace and quality of our innovations, ensuring they meet the needs of users globally.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge AI and agent technologies, focusing on advances in long-term memory, reliability, planning, reasoning, actions, and embodied AI, and integrate these innovations into production environments.
- Lead the adoption of the latest research breakthroughs in AI, particularly those enhancing our AI agent, and seamlessly transition these innovations from the lab to live deployments.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams to convert AI research into practical, impactful solutions that align with business goals.
- Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in AI, especially regarding large language models, fine-tuning methods, and reinforcement learning, to maintain a competitive edge.
- Apply rigorous testing and refinement techniques to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of our machine learning models continually.
- Rapidly prototype and test new ideas to ensure our AI solutions remain industry-leading and responsive to market needs.
- Require at least 5 years of product engineering experience, with proven proficiency in building and scaling robust systems, preferably using technologies like Python, JavaScript, React, or other backend languages.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of product features from conception through to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable and meet increasing demand.
- Well-versed in working with large Transformer models like GPT or LlaMA, with solid skills in fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and prompt-engineering techniques.
- Committed to excellence in creating robust user experiences, showcasing a deep understanding of user-centric design and development.
- Committed to iterative development and continuous improvement, leveraging user feedback and market trends to refine product offerings.
- Possess a solid understanding of integrating various services and APIs to enhance product capabilities and streamline workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively across teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
- Demonstrates a proactive learning attitude, staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
- Possess experience in fast-paced startup environments, showing a capacity to adapt and thrive under pressure.
- Excel at communicating technical details and project statuses clearly and effectively, ensuring alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.
