We are seeking an experienced, organized field professional who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market as our new documentation specialist.

This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be located in our Las Vegas office.

Who You Are:

● You currently reside in the Las Vegas Metro area and have good knowledge of its geography.

● You have at least 1-2 years of field-work experience working in the commercial or residential building or similar industries.

● Experience in inspections, surveying, superintendent work or project management for remodels or tenant improvements is all considered well-aligned to the position.

● You can read and discern construction drawings and documents.

● You can autonomously manage a schedule, are detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills.

● You are self-motivated and dependable team player.

● You have a valid in-state driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

● You can confidently operate a computer, tablet, and smartphone and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.
