Concrete Foreman Job Description:

· Project leader and crew supervisor

· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches and to understand project intent and specifications

· Communicate direction, assignments, and instructions to your team

· Manage the team and lead in the construction of the project

· Serve as the face of the Company to our Customer, and as the liaison between Customer and SCE. You are the responsible point of contact for your assigned projects

· Perform continuous quality inspections and hold high quality standards

· Comply with all company and governmental safety guidelines

Concrete Foreman Requirements and Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 5 years of concrete construction experience

· Proven experience as a construction supervisor or similar role

· Solid working knowledge of concrete construction techniques and methods

· Strong communication skills

· Proficient in using all tools relevant to concrete construction projects

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

· Have physical stamina, dexterity, and maintain required physical fitness to perform the job

· The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a good sense of humor!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
