This is a part-time on-site seasonal role as Firearms Sales Associate located in Hondo, TX. The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including assisting customers, processing sales transactions, maintaining product displays, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal and communications skills

· Ability to provide excellent customer service

· Experience in retail or sales preferred

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions

· Physical ability to lift and carry heavy products

· Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays

· Process firearm sales in compliance with federal and state law, including properly completing ATF Form 4473 and conducting background checks

· Duties may change and associates may be required to perform other duties and roles as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
