We are seeking a Retail Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the store is visually appealing and well-stocked, while also providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockrooms, and restrooms.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement effective inventory control strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
- Work closely with the management team to analyze sales data and develop targeted marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Oversee the installation of new fixtures and displays, and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Assist with store remodels and renovations, ensuring a seamless transition for customers.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to create eye-catching visual displays and promotional materials.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the pricing strategy and ensure that prices are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support with administrative tasks such as processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Conduct regular walk-throughs of the store to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all areas meet company standards.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or merchandising.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and administrative software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
