Budget responsibilityincludingcontractnegotiations and conclusionwiththestudycenters
Management and coordinationoflocalstart-upprocessesincludingvendormanagement
Country-specificadaptationof global studydocuments
Close collaborationwith internal and external teams
Support in training, mentoring and furtherdevelopmentofnewemployees
Participation in customer-specificworkinggroups and other internal projectsas a Subject Matter Expert
Yourbackground:
University degree in naturalsciences such asbiology, biochemistry, chemistry, publichealth, pharmacology, medicine, etc.; alternatively, a completedvocationaltraining in thefieldofhealth/nursingorequivalent professional experience (e.g. as a studynurse, researchnurse, studycoordinator, etc.)
Sound professional experience in thefieldof Study Start Up
Experience withsubmissionstothe German ethicscommittees and authorities
Provenleadershipskillsthroughcoaching, mentoring and/orcoordinationofteams
Efficient time management and organizational talentaswellas a careful, detailedwayofworking
Skills toestablish and maintaineffective and trustingworkingrelationshipswith internal and external partners
Excellentcommunicationskills in business-fluent German aswellasgoodwritten and spoken English skillsare a must
