Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a New Home Advisor at Mungo Homes in Richmond, VA. The New Home Advisor will be responsible for assisting potential homebuyers in the home-buying process, providing them with relevant information about available options, conducting tours of model homes and communities, and guiding them through the contract and closing process. The New Home Advisor will also collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Knowledge of the home building process and the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential homebuyers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Experience in the new home sales industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
