Your role

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate all the supply chain, production planning and the internal timeline in a BMS (battery management system) development and series program. You will work together with all intern teams at ME to align, communicate and fulfill our deliverables and milestones towards our customers and production partners in the required time and quality. You will be the first point of contact to our customers (some of the most reputed OEMs) and production partners regarding timeline, production planning, forecasting and supply chain for the development projects and/or series production support. The scope of a typical project includes all stages, from the very beginning of a development program until the end of life of the series product.

Your future tasks at a glance

• Responsible for the production planning and supply chain for our series and development products
• Management of internal timelines and processes between departments
• Scheduling, preparing, leading and documenting regular calls and meetings with our international customer base for the series support
• Scheduling, preparing, leading and documenting regular calls and meetings with our production partners
• Defining and preparing regular reports for the upper management
• Development and refinement of suitable process documentation

What you bring with you

• Successfully completed university degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a project management related position in the automotive industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Highly motivated, willing to take responsibility and ownership of a project
• Preference for working in teams and strong communication skills (English and German)
• Creativity, curiosity and enthusiasm for innovative electronics solutions for electric vehicles
