SUMMARY
Translates market needs into business requirements; creates User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases; performs testing and drafts user manuals and process documentation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computing, or related field. A minimum of two year of experience in financial services or software development. Experience with IT systems development methodologies, requirements gathering and documentation. Familiarity with agile software development framework is preferred. Strong analytical skills are required including a thorough understanding of how to interpret user and business needs and translate them into requirements.
Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in connection with defined objectives. Ability to generate or identify innovative and practical solutions to address those problems. Effectively adjust to new priorities, processes, requirements, and/or environments. Must be able to respond quickly to change. Ability to work in a positive and constructive manner with others to achieve organizational and individual objectives. Must commit to and hold self accountable for individual and group goals when working on a team. Excellent listening skills; must be able to seek to understand what is being said and reflect that understanding appropriately. Must demonstrate and convey information clearly and precisely using both written and oral means. Ability to take action to ensure objectives are achieved and requirements are satisfied. Must be able to overcome obstacles to achieve objectives in a timely and accurate manner.
Listed above is targeted salary range for a new hire into this role. Final compensation decisions will be based upon a candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
