Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

Duties:
- Assist medical assistants with outbound referrals
- Enter hospital consults
- Make payment arrangements
- Assist patients with patient portal
- Eligibility verification
- Submit and follow diagnostic prior authorizations
- Coordinate home health orders
- Submit and follow medication prior authorizations

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - EPIC experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues
- Previous experience in healthcare administrative roles preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
