Description

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support:
  • Assist with the manufacturing process by operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and conducting quality checks.
  •  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in production areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. 
• Fulfillment/Pack-out:
  • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer specifications.
  • Utilize inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate shipping schedules and optimize order fulfillment processes.
•  Quality Assurance:
  •  Document and report any quality issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, fulfillment, and quality, to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity of tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas for improvement.
