Program Manager
Murrow Indian Children’s Home, a Faith-based Non-profit facility is seeking a mission-minded, highly motivated, organized, assertive individual with a Christian foundation to serve as the program manager. Knowledgeable with an appreciation of cultural activities and events. Murrow Home is a Level-B residential facility that provides a home for Native American Children.

Educational Qualifications:
Must meet one of the qualifications: a) a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or other related area of study from an accredited college or university and three years of experience in children’s services b) a master’s degree in social work, psychology, guidance and counseling, sociology, child development, human relations, or other related are of study from and accredited college or university and two years of experience in children’s services c) a doctorate in medicine, social work, psychology, guidance and counseling, sociology, child development, human relations, or other related area of study from an accredited college or university and one-year experience in children’s services

Experience and Skills:
Group home experience preferred
Good organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Good social and communication skills
Ability to maintain good boundaries with children and staff
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work well under pressure

Employment Qualifications:
 Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
 Submit to and pass a fingerprinted background check
 Learn and provide services as per State Licensing
