Assists PI with recruiting study participants per study inclusion and exclusion criteria to meet study contract enrollment; Schedules study participants and
research personnel for study visits in compliance with study protocol. Performs safety assessments e.g. vital signs and coordinates electrocardiograms, blood draws and lab processing; Performs clinical assessments and rating scales for human subjects as required by study protocol. 30%
Dispenses study medications and verifies drug compliance per study protocol. Transcribes data into case report forms completely and accurately; Monitors
completeness and accuracy and coordinates collection and filing of all source documents and case report forms. Participates in monitoring visits and completes corrections and queries in a timely manner. Records all study visits into patient tracking system to assist financial team. 30%
Scribe during clinic by accompanying the physician or licensed provider into the exam room, document in the EMR all aspects of patient care to include: chief
complaint, history of presenting illness, physical exam, and patient plan of care as directed by the provider. 20%
Performs other duties as needed; assists other study teams as needed to meet study requirements and organizational goals. 20%
