Provide administrative coverage at the front desk of the clinic including monitoring the clinic appointment line to include scheduling appointments for clients from outside medical, hospital, correction systems.

Additional Duties :
Obtains and processes signed physician orders / referrals to ensure accurate clinical documentation for care delivery, specialty and outpatient ancillary referrals.
Minimum Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and one year of work experience in either patient services, medical reception, or call / customer service center (preferably in a medical environment).
