Maintains financial and accounting records for clients receiving representative payee and conservator services. Manages financial flow of the office, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintains records to be in compliance with state and federal audit requirements. This position assists and reports to the Director.

Ability to maintain extremely high level of accuracy, confidentiality and organization; personal and positive spirit; strong time management skills; proficiency and work experience with MS Office Products; ability to work independently and be a self-starter.

High school diploma or equivalent and at least four years general clerical and/or bookkeeping experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training. Proficiency in conversational Spanish is highly desirable.

Salary range is $37,925 to $44,628 DOQ with excellent benefits package.
