Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepares daily bank deposits, reviews for accuracy.
• Applies payments to outstanding invoices in a timely manner.
• Monitors and maintains accounts receivable aging along with sales reps.
• Assists with accounts receivable process through correspondence and collection calls as directed.
• Retrieves credit reports and assists with review of customer credit issues.
• Maintains accounts receivable files.
• Assists with related special projects as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One-year certificate from college or six months to one-year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10-key by touch.
• Demonstrate ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Acute attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
