About the Role: This position is crucial to our company and is key in closing sales. Our ideal candidate is presentable, ambitious, and goal-oriented, with a passion for selling construction and renovation services. The candidate should be able to take full control of the entire project lifecycle.

Key Objective: The main goal is to close deals with clients and ensure the successful management of projects thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Personal visits to potential clients to assess projects.
• Representing the company and our services.
• Preparing commercial proposals.
• Managing the full client cycle, including continuous communication during construction and renovation works.
• Handling documents, such as Change Orders and Contracts.
• Approving design projects.
• Approving financial plans.
• Regularly monitoring work progress on-site.
• Passing necessary inspections.
• Selecting, organizing, and overseeing work resources on the project.

Requirements:

• Experience in the construction industry.
• Understanding the nuances of kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Proven experience in managing own construction projects.
• Valid Category B driver's license.
• Excellent negotiation skills.

Conditions:

• Full-time
• W2 or W9 employment, commission-based, no hourly payments.
• Compensation based on a percentage of completed project totals.
• Monthly earnings range from $5,000 to $16,000, depending on the number and value of sold contracts.
