HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Utilize your expertise in mechanical, electrical controls and machinery to perform on-site installations, diagnosis, troubleshooting, service, and repair of machine control systems and technical customer training
• Proactively drive the collection of information that aids in the development and improvement of products and services offerings
• Provide service and customer support during field visits
• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
• Ensure all support-related activities are captured in the company software system
• Report technical feedback to senior management and manufacturers as appropriate
• Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of support processes

• Meet The Minimum Qualifications: You have at least 1 year of experience with heavy equipment and hydraulic systems
• Manage Projects Like A Pro: You're highly organized, with strong communication skills to ensure projects are done on time

• Ask Questions: You are constantly curious and work to deeply understand issues, looking beyond the most obvious solutions
