Inside Sales Representative

The Rental Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing sales of machinery and heavy equipment rentals to customers.  Benefits include: Great Work-Life Balance On-Premise Clinic Opportunity for over-time Tuition Reimbursement Vast Growth Opportunities Job Stability Full-Time Benefits to Include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Employer Matching Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays As the Rental Inside Sales Representative, you will provide support for all areas of the branch operations, by coordinating equipment rental orders from initial call from customer, to delivery to jobsite, to return from rental, and finally rental billing.Responsibilities include: Primary customer contact at branch Assist customers (over the phone and walk-ins) to determine appropriate rental equipment needs Assist Outside Sales Representatives to complete rental orders Dispatch haul trucks Utilize all available tools and resources to fulfill customer orders  Position requirements: College degree in Business, Management, Technical, or other related field Will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements Professional communication skills: verbal, written, phone, email, in-person Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications Strongly preferred experience: Bilingual English/Spanish Knowledge of CAT equipment Understanding of rental equipment application by our customers
