We are excited to be opening our brand new location near you! This is an amazing chance to get in on day 1 in our newly designed Assisted Living/Memory Care houses.

No previous experience is required. We provide PAID orientation and on-the-job training!

What is the Caregiver – Resident Assistant Role?

• Caring for the residents as if they were an extension of your own family
• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting some residents with Ambulation and Transferring
• Housekeeping of common living areas, resident rooms, and laundry
• Meal Preparation and serving of meals to residents during meal times
• Medication supervision and observing of residents taking their medications

Do you have these requirements?

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Dependable – Reliable - Flexible
• Have reliable transportation to our Flower Mound community
• Always act in the resident’s best interest
