Key Tasks
- High level/understanding of data entry, job routing creation
- Manage purchase orders and communicate with necessary internal departments
- Receive telephone and email requests regarding: purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations
- Use Operating System to include: status of purchase orders, inventory of raw and finished goods
- Maintain and understand active orders and update any change notices: scheduling / partial shipments
- Job entry, create job routings, and print revision control
- Responsible for maintaining good customer relations
- Strong ability to be detailed, organized and prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong experience of supply chain management (including expediting, lead time reduction, inventory management, packaging, and shipping).
- Communication, influencing, negotiating, assertiveness
- Decision making, sound business judgement
- Report writing and presentation skills / basic computer skills / Outlook / Excel / PowerPoint Key Attributes
- Professional and positive approach

- High School Diploma and or Associates Degree
- Manufacturing background preferred but not required
- Job Boss Operating System experience highly preferred
