Role Summary:
Our Raleigh office is one of 33 Regional Offices and several Branch Offices located across the continental United States, (in addition to our New York City Headquarters and our Boca Raton, Florida location). The Retirement Plan Specialist will report to the Regional Office Head and join a dedicated team of Retirement Plan Specialists who are all full of energy and enthusiasm and are highly driven to succeed.
Responsibilities:
The Retirement Plan Specialist will represent Mutual of America in a sales and marketing capacity to clients and prospects in an assigned territory with an emphasis on soliciting new group takeover plans and cross-selling other products.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus, whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range:
$65,000 - $85,000
