As our new Student Assistant, you will be a vital part of our Global Internal Communications Team helping maximize engagement and enable team members to be happy at work through purposeful and compelling stories and content. You will report to the Manager of Internal Communications of EU and Japan. We support the sites in our region (Copenhagen, Heidelberg, Milan, and Chiba) and drive global communication initiatives such as our Global Town Hall to foster team member engagement and enhance transparency in the organization. Your Responsibilities and Opportunities Your tasks will focus on internal communication and employer branding through different channels. Your role will be centered on content creation both written and visual, strategic communication, and social media. Your tasks will be but not limited to: Create written content for team members through our internal social media app, intranet, and email (HubSpot) Create compelling content for different formats (graphics, text, videos) and publish them on internal and external channels. Brainstorm ideas together with the team for internal communication concepts, campaigns, and initiatives. Lead smaller communication projects connected to our Internal Communications Strategy and Employer Branding. Provide administrative support to the team such as creating PowerPoint Presentations. Support the implementation of global and regional communication projects and strategies. Facilitate and ensure clear communication of our company’s messages across all channels in alignment with branding standards and wider business strategy. Oversee and manage AGC Biologics’ SoMe channels. We offer flexible working hours but expect that you can work 2-3 days per week around 10-20 hours., and we will of course accommodate your study schedule during exams. What would we love to see from you? The team member we are looking for should be a creative individual with a drive to work well in a team as well as independently on their tasks and projects. We expect that you have: An outstanding attention to detail. Strong communication skills and acumen. Expertise and a passion for various social media platforms. Expertise in creating and editing videos for different platforms. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or Photoshop is a plus but not a prerequisite. Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus. Interest in learning about the newest trends in Communications as well as AI and software. A creative mindset and a team player that lives up to AGC Biologics’ core values. Clear and precise communication skills in English. A relevant study field either at Bachelor or Master level within Communications, Graphic design, Journalism, Business Communications, or Marketing. What Can We Offer?
