**Description**

**Job Summary:**

Responds to customer inquiries by telephone, e-mail, fax, or chat to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolves problems and communicates solutions or requested information to the customer. Analyzes a customers service needs and coordinates with other service or technical departments to develop and deliver an appropriate solution for each customer. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the organization and services offered to resolve more complex inquires. Uses a customer relation application or database to record activities and research product information.

**Essential Job Functions:**

* **Supports Belleville sales effort**

* Support lead generation and sales initiatives

* Verify customer orders reflect accurate price and delivery

* Receive and process customers requests for quotes including reviewing drawing, quality, and manufacturing requirements

* Work with engineering to quote and design new product

* Work with purchasing and outside sourcing to obtain vendor quotes

* Communicates with customers and account managers to obtain quote feedback

* **Supports Customer Service, manufacturing, quality, and shipping as needed**

* Support overflow from customer service in handling irate customer calls when parts are late or non-conforming.

* Support overflow from customer service in providing the status of their orders, requests to move in and out, request to cancel, request to be notified when an order is going to ship or be late.

* Maintain constant contact with Engineering to ensure the proper revisions of part numbers are used, the proper quantities have been quoted, changes are reviewed accurately.

* Coordination with Quality to ensure customers request for PPAPs, ISIRs, or special certifications and labeling are required.

**Skills and Abilities:**

* Strong ERP Experience a must

* Strong communication and presentation skills

* Must be an analytical thinker.

* Negotiation skills.

* Knowledge of product.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**Education and Experience:**

* High School Diploma, 2 Year degree preferred.

* Five (5) years experience.
