Project Analyst III

COMPLETED MS PROJECT ASSESSMENT WILL BE REQUIRED IF THERE IS INTEREST

The Project Analyst will be responsible for meeting individual objectives outlined by the company Divisional Portfolio Manager. The client has custom corporate processes and tools for “capital” projects that are subject to funding and financial planning guidelines, including an annual audit. The Project Analyst will work closely with the client’s Project Manager and subject matter experts in order to comply with the corporate process in addition to applying industry standards and best practice Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMI PMBOK).

Requirements:

• MBA or Engineering Degree preferred

• PMP certified a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

• 5 years’ experience with MS Project / MS Project Server (version 2013 or higher)

• 5 years’ experience with MS Excel (pivot tables & “VLOOKUP” formulas)

• 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) in a project

management environment

• 5 years’ experience in large scale IT Projects preferred (HW and/or SW; >6 month projects;

>$1M budgets)

• 1 years’ experience with procurement, competitive budding, RFIs/RFPs, and SOWs

• Must understand the difference between Capital and Expense costs/budgets
