]The Opportunity[

We’re looking for a self-starter Fund & Portfolio Analyst who will ensure the smooth performance and operational efficiency of our portfolio companies.

You will be given significant autonomy and sit at the core of fund administration, collaborating closely with all stakeholders including portfolio companies, our fund admin, auditors and our investors. You will have a thorough understanding of B2B SaaS KPIs and metrics and your insights will be critical in optimizing the operational performance of our portfolio companies and guiding future investment decisions.

From conducting in-depth financial analysis to offering strategic recommendations, you will be a linchpin in driving the success of our investments. We are passionate about B2B SaaS and supporting early-stage founders and are looking for team members who share that same passion - helping drive founders’ vision to reality.

You will…

• Manage administrative tasks related to fund operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Create comprehensive reports and analysis on the financial and operational health of portfolio companies
• Conduct quarterly reporting requests from portfolio companies and/or auditors, facilitating transparent communication and data collection.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly portfolio company agendas, ensuring key topics are addressed and insights are actioned on.
• Attend all monthly portfolio company meetings, actively participating in discussions and providing support as needed.
• Manage capital calls and the line of credit, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to support fund operations.
• Provide essential support during the Annual General Meeting (AGM), contributing to the smooth execution of this crucial event and reinforcing transparency and accountability to stakeholders.

You have…

• 2 years of analytical experience in the financial space (VC, PE, Investment Banking, etc.).
• Expertise in Excel and - ideally - other industry tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• The desire to work at our NYC offices four days per week (Monday - Thursday).
• A bachelor’s degree and, ideally, an MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Ideally, a technical background acquired through professional, academic, or personal experience.
