Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney at MY 305 ATTORNEYS, P.A. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling workers’ compensation claims, managing insurance-related tasks, and managing a case load. This is an on-site role located in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in Claims Handling and Claims Management
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in the area of workers’ compensation
