Job Description
Come be a part of the MyDentist Family! We are seeking a professional, dedicated, organized individual with experience leading a large team of administrative and clinical team members at our largest location, Eagle Falls Dentistry.
Must have:
-At LEAST 3 years of dental management experience
-Experience tracking goals and statistics to keep us on task to reach our goals
-Familiarity with holding team members accountable and following office policies, while also building trusting relationships
-Ability to roll out marketing plans, enhance huddles, and add FUN to the day-to-day!
-Outstanding patient care :)
