FT Tues-Fri 2-11 pm and Saturdays 1-9 pm

$17.25 to $19.25 starting base pay

Additional 1.00 increase to base pay after completing med pass certification.

At My Life My Home, their mission is to passionately support each person in living a meaningful and satisfying life!

Through My Life My Home, individuals with developmental disabilities are provided support to live as independently as possible within the community.

My Life My Home manages eight Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) throughout St. Clair and Clinton Counties in Illinois.

The individuals who reside at the CILAs are provided daily supports from a team of dedicated Direct Support Professionals.

We're growing our Direct Support Professional Team! My Life My Home is looking for skilled DSPs who are thorough with their tasks to ensure excellent person-centered care is provided to the individuals we support.

Not yet DSP certified? You can apply for our Direct Support Professional Career Training Program to become DSP certified in Illinois.

Direct Support Professional responsibilities include :

Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, cooking and eating meals, personal hygiene and grooming, cleaning inside their home

Help individuals reach any personal goals that are listed in their Individual Service Plans

We will provide paid training so that you can become DSP certified. Wage increase once DSP certified.
