Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Be available for after hours and weekend call on rotation ( bonus pay)
Qualifications:
- Able to have Attention to details and can work without errors
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating process
- Good learner with a good attitude
- Good communication skills and can interact with others in a pleasant non confrontation way
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
