Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in vehicle maintenance and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate service appointments and provide exceptional customer service. Pay to commiserate with experience and has excellent potential for performance based growth.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers to understand their service needs and provide accurate service estimates

- Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs

- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow

- Maintain detailed records of services performed and parts used

- Provide recommendations for additional services based on vehicle inspections

- Assist customers with inquiries regarding automotive services and products

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a mechanic or vehicle maintenance role is preferred

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience as a service technician is beneficial
