Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, implement, analyze, troubleshoot computer/network related problems.
- Work in a ticketing system to resolve incoming desktop support requests. You will work as a team to fulfill requests.
- Able to diagnose and resolve moderately complex system hardware, software, network, and user issues.
- Assist with all aspects of technical support, including on-site visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of IT experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer related field a plus.
- IT related certifications desirable.
- Self-motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a clear understanding of customer relationship building.
- Strong proficiency in the setup and administration of Windows desktop operating systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Office 365; MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access.
- Strong proficiency and understanding of TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with switches, routers and firewalls.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or other EMR systems a plus.
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
