What do we do? We work with Federal Employees as their personal benefits specialist to help them better understand their employe benefits: from reading their paycheck stub and understanding all their deductions, their federal life insurance, pension amounts, when they can retire, and what to do with their federal 401k. In the process, we help identify areas of improvement and show them ways to finish their career stronger. The best part of our job is that they truly appreciate our service! We are a "service-oriented business model" focused on Serving NOT Selling.

Requirements :

• ACTIVE Life Insurance License in your resident state (REQUIRED).
• No past due balances to a prior Insurance company(s).
• No Delinquent Tax Debts.

Details:

• Simplified Issue Products.
• Fixed Indexed Annuities once qualified.
• Free Leads- based upon premium production.
• Government Allotment Business (premiums paid via payroll deduction).
• Exclusive Territories (based upon minimum performance requirements).
• All Expenses Paid Vacation for qualifying Agents.
• Monday Office Day (team meetings, training calls, etc.)
• Tuesday-Friday Appointments (in the field)
• Schedule your own appointments each week: 8- 10

Income:

This is a sales position and commission only.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize communication skills to effectively explain Federal Benefits to Federal Employees.
- Conduct insurance sales, focusing on life insurance products, to meet the Federal Employee's needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and changes in Federal Employee Benefits.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
