Job TitleAnalyst Program I Corporate Analyst Program Fiserv's Corporate Analyst Program is an early career development program where candidates experience two structured assignments within one specific track over a 2 - 2.5 year time period. Each assignment builds upon the other and together will provide a breadth of experience within Financial Tech and unique to you! What does a successful Corporate Analyst do at Fiserv?We're looking for a proactive analyst to join our team! This role offers the chance to learn the ropes while supporting the execution of social impact strategies, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, associate and community engagement, and sustainability functions. The successful candidate will work closely with Corporate Citizenship leaders to carry out research, data analysis, create presentations, and facilitate communication and collaboration across the enterprise. You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. What You Will Do
Analyze Data Analysis and Reporting
Participate in Project Management Fundamentals
Assist in Philanthropy Administrative Support
Engage in Presentation and Deck Preparation
Own Event Coordination
Lead Communication and Collaboration Initiatives

What You Need To Have
Recent graduates of a bachelor's degree or military equivalent (3.0 GPA)
Demonstrated analytical capabilities and proficiency in data analysis
Experience or strong interest in Corporate Citizenship, DEI, Sustainability, or related fields
Comfortable with creating presentation materials and engaging in team communications
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
