Qualitative Analysis
Qualitative Analysis
- Evaluate client building alternatives
- Evaluate lease options
- Track transactions on web based applications
- Prepare detailed analysis, including NPV cash flows
- Financial modeling
- Prepare rent budget information for quarterly forecast
- Review, understand and abstract complex real estate documents as part of the team's due diligence process
- Writes lease summaries
- Gather market research as needed for both domestic and international transactions
- Updating reports, presentations, and analyses
- KPI tracking
- General and ad hoc reporting as needed to support transaction activities
- Financial accounting and reporting
- Prepare commission invoices and track payment in JLL systems
- Bachelor's Degree (Business Finance, Economics, or related field preferred)
- 0 - 2 years
- Financial, Analytical and Reporting Skills
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)
- Presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Organization skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently or within a team
- Ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business and clients
- Basic understanding of commercial office leasing/real estate terminology (preferred)
- Iowa real estate brokerage or salesperson license (preferred)
