This position reports to

Your role and responsibilities
- Providing remote or on site technical support for customers
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
- Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset/prevent and inform internal partners
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
- The ABB Associate Field Service Technician will supply the following services within the scope of this contract. All work done will be at the request of a designated customer associate, prior to commencing work
- Shall support Customer in planning and execution of preventive maintenance related to equipment and systems covered by this contract
- High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of professional work experience
- Experience with system Network maintenance
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with no supervision
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
