This individual will assist with evaluating current operational metrics while validating performance. They will help in identifying key performance indicators that can be used to offer a better service to our client and operational team.
What is your day to day?
- Generate reports and presentation materials within specified deadlines.
- Educate users on existing business processes and new technologies.
- Document new business processes across operations.
- Update and validate datasets for reporting purposes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and on-site operations staff to align analytics with business goals.
- Develop and execute data-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
- Provide training and support for team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of business processes and their relationship to data analysis.
- Familiarity with data management best practices and data governance principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques specific to commercial real estate, including cash flow projections, return on investment calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools and techniques, such as D3.js, ggplot, or Plotly, to create interactive and dynamic visual representations of data.
- Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions to consolidate and integrate data from various sources.
