This individual will assist with evaluating current operational metrics while validating performance. They will help in identifying key performance indicators that can be used to offer a better service to our client and operational team.
What is your day to day?
  • Generate reports and presentation materials within specified deadlines.
  • Educate users on existing business processes and new technologies.
  • Document new business processes across operations.
  • Update and validate datasets for reporting purposes.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights for performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and on-site operations staff to align analytics with business goals.
  • Develop and execute data-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular validation and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
  • Provide training and support for team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
RequiredDesired experience and technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their relationship to data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and data governance principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred
  • Prior experience in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques specific to commercial real estate, including cash flow projections, return on investment calculations, and sensitivity analysis.
  • Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools and techniques, such as D3.js, ggplot, or Plotly, to create interactive and dynamic visual representations of data.
  • Experience in designing and implementing data warehousing solutions to consolidate and integrate data from various sources.
