Job DescriptionWe are excited to announce a unique opportunity to join Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. as a Sr Sales Development Representative in the United States. Responsibilities
  • Create and implement strategies to boost sales and increase customer reach
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine customer needs and preferences
  • Successfully implement sales initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success and exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment

Compensation And BenefitsThe salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $128,000.00-$191,975.00.
This Position May Also Be Eligible To Receive a Variable Annual Bonus Based On Company, Team, And/or Individual Performance Results In Accordance With Company Policy. We Offer a Comprehensive Total Rewards Package That Our U.S. Colleagues And Their Families Can Count On, Which Includes
