Specifically designed for key enterprise, retail media, agency, and brand partners, the program offers a more customized learning experience through live trainings, platform demos, and webinars aimed at meeting the diverse needs of our clients and so at better enabling them on Criteo’s platforms in self-serve.

The program positions Criteo as a partner for our clients. With the launch of the Commerce Media Platform, this program provides additional support, by helping our key clients to better understand the benefits that our Commerce Media Platform solutions bring to their business and so empowering them in achieving their desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible and Accountable of successful Implementation and lunch of the program aimed at supporting, upskilling, and empowering external key clients to achieve their desired outcomes, ensuring scalability and program success.
  • Strategically plan, coordinate, manage, and oversee programs from inception to completion, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strategize, coordinate, and oversee the creation of materials and resources tailored to the identified target customer profiles.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and alignment by working closely with various key internal stakeholders, including product marketing, training team, sales enablement, self-service client education, to align training strategies, key objectives and customer experience goals.
  • Take ownership of conducting assessments to pinpoint specific learning needs and address skill gaps among the targeted audience, collaborating closely with Training Specialists and Sales Enablement teams. This process will also inform the definition of program scope, objectives, key results, and workflows for different audience segments.
  • Implement robust measurement mechanisms for enablement programs, ensuring continuous evaluation, optimization and attainment of our success metrics.
  • Ensure that enablement content is meticulously organized, accessible, and structured to facilitate seamless navigation and learning for customers.
  • Maintain the currency of content by regularly reviewing and assessing its relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies for creating a program architecture that is easily expandable and scalable to accommodate a broader range of clients.
Who You Are
  • Strong Program Management skills: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee client education programs from the start to completion, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strong Project Management skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within budgetary constraints.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with external clients but also internal customers (commercial org), understanding their needs and addressing any concerns or challenges they may have.
  • Stakeholders management: Ability to manage and coordinate program execution among different key stakeholders and build a strong relationship with them
  • Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate its co-workers such as the Training Specialist trainers, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the successful execution of client education initiatives.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues that may arise during the implementation of the program and provide solutions to address them effectively.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs, market trends, and organizational priorities, and willingness to continually learn and grow in the field of client education management.
  • Native English Speaker or highly fluent in English.
  • Innovation: Creative and forward-thinking approaches to enhance the learning experience and drive meaningful outcomes for clients.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is:
$120,640 - $158,000
