About The RoleLove the analytical rigor of a consultancy but want to do something more creative? Focused on making brands matter at every level, Ogilvy Growth & Innovation, is seeking a highly motivated, business savvy individual who is interested in joining its team as a Consulting Partner.
The ideal candidate will bring to each project a unique blend of project management, analytical, research and quantitative skills together with the ability to think strategically and creatively. This position provides the right candidate with the unique opportunity to grow into an industry expert in a cutting-edge area of consulting.
What You’ll Do
  • Manage the day-to-day project engagement, including the client relationship. Design, adapt and apply the most relevant implementation approach to meet client needs/preferences.
  • Lead projects spanning several practices/disciplines/geographies managing scope, risks, results, delays and profitability.
  • Develop sustainable relationships with key members of client organizations on major, international and/or cross-discipline accounts, regarded as a trusted advisor/partner.
  • Participate in all aspects of our methodology and work, including analyzing quantitative research as well as creative thinking and developing strategic recommendations.
  • Shape and design big projects and transformation programs to develop breakthrough brand strategies and positioning.
  • Manage the financial and budgetary aspects of client projects.
  • Take ownership of developing client deliverables.
  • Participate in developing new business through proposals and pitches to new clients and developing new business with existing clients.
  • Manage junior team members as necessary for the successful running of project engagements.
  • Participate in client and external interviews and client presentations.
  • Actively participate in practice management, including training, recruiting and mentorship.
  • Contribute to capability strategy and development.
  • Demonstrate ability to transform client relationships to generate successful sales.
  • Drive and run multi-disciplinary teams during complex bids/pre-sales activities.
What You’ll Need
  • At least 12 years of strategy consulting experience with a major branding agency and/or consulting firm.
  • Brand agency experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience defining, building, and scaling PMOs.
  • Innovative and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Brand savvy-ness; understand the fundamentals of modern marketing and building strong brands in today's world.
  • Able to draw critical human and cultural insights from data and observation.
  • Able to translate strategy and strategic thinking to creative marketing actions.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint, and Keynote.
  • Travel is expected as a part of all project engagements, though less time is spent on client premises than at a traditional firm (we are more market facing).

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range$100,000—$230,000 USD
