- Onboard all new employees for region.
- Deliver qualification program to engineers/leads/chiefs.
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the operations teams and determine appropriate corrective actions to upgrade knowledge and skill gaps.
- Deliver training program (TDP).
- Ambassador to Critical Awareness Process.
- Translate requirements into trainings; share with platform when applicable.
- Coordinates and manages delivery of site drill program.
- Build annual training program w/schedules.
- Audit established programs, ensuring latest versions are documented.
- Maintain records on all training activities.
- Integrate client systems training into overall training program.
- Regional HSE lead; 5% of workload.
- Performs additional job duties as requested.
- Must have minimum 5 years' experience with a strong data center/critical facility background, including UPS Systems, emergency generators, and switchgear
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct training experience, including demonstrated curriculum development and delivery.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated verbal/written communication skills.
- Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
- Position may require up to 30% regional travel as required
