About The RoleOur Delivery Directors bring exceptional value to our agency and clients by managing complex client programs overseeing delivery and program operations. They are the trusted partner to the program’s integrated leadership team, senior and executive internal stakeholders, and key clients to deliver operational excellence, speed to market, resource management and optimization, and profitability management to their business(es). They are expected to successfully navigate complex projects, program process and operations of the program at large with a collaborative approach, ensuring team effectiveness and overall delivery excellence. What You’ll Do
Direct and lead best in class delivery across a large complex program
Influence and ensure the quality of work by implementing the right process and talent assignments to get to our best work
Build collaborative and innovative integrated teams
Provide a deep understanding of every department, discipline and specialist role to ensure the right people are available at the right time at the right level of effort to deliver great work
Develop and maintain high levels of team effectiveness (trust, communication, conflict resolution, collaboration, productivity, inclusion, engagement)
Mobilize and drive the integrated team through all key milestones across the program
Develop scopes and staff plans for medium and large-scale complex projects
Manage timelines, milestones, deliverables, and staffing
Conduct thorough and ongoing cross-impact analysis within program and across the office to identify potential resourcing and project risks and develop necessary contingency plans
Acts as first point of contact for all delivery escalations and, working with their client and agency teams, resolves escalations in a systematic and timely manner
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of program profitability and risk mitigation plans
Own project management/workflow system updates and overall management
Ensure centralized organization and communication across the team and program
Serve as a mentor and manager to the delivery team, supporting their upskilling and overall career development.
What You’ll Need
8 years of proven hands-on delivery experience in directing and managing large scale programs
Delivery and project/program management experience working across social first creative, social responsiveness creation, influencer programs and management, content at scale creation, performance marketing and/or experience.
Experience in production/content production and/or content studio management a plus.
Capable of leading multi- and cross-functional teams to deliver world class outcomes
Extensive experience in managing multi-stakeholder clients, with demonstrative ability in providing consultation across a large integrated offering
Proven experience in working with executive level team (agency and client)
Ability to be hands on in ensuring stakeholder alignment to project and program planning, including adherence to critical milestones
Proven change management experience and expertise to drive process roll out, systems and tools adoption, and ongoing updates and optimizations
Extensive experience managing the development of scopes of work, commercial agreements and service level agreements
Experience in leading and mentoring junior and mid-level teams in delivery

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below.
