The Executive Risk Coordinator supports the Executive Risk Team by providing support to production teams in the placement of Executive Risk coverages for our clients and prospects. They support the Executive Risk Specialist and the SVP, Executive Risk ensuring the execution of the service platform. The Executive Risk Coordinator builds effective, personalized working relationships with production teams and carrier partners. They work closely with the Executive Risk team to answer questions and access and deploy resources. The Executive Risk Coordinator displays initiative by proactively building knowledge in the Executive Liability marketplace, coverage forms, and the various industries we serve. EXECUTION OF CLIENT SERVICES
Collaborates with the SVP, Executive Risk and the Executive Risk Specialist in the placement of executive liability coverages
Assists with incoming submissions; reviewing to ensure we have a complete submission before presenting the risk to carrier partners
Sets up/organizes the marketing file with the pertinent information needed to complete analysis and placement in the market place
Manages policy changes with the carrier on behalf of the service teams by following process and best practice
Assists the Executive Risk Specialist with the creation of quote deliverable of proposed coverages to the service team by providing accurate quotes for use in proposals presented to our clients and prospects
Builds personalized internal client relationships through demonstrated ownership of the service plan and multiple channels of communication such as phone, email, and in-person meetings
Leverages insurance knowledge and communication skills to explain coverage terms, program options, and other items to clients as needed
Collaborates with internal departments to ensure cohesiveness and timeliness of service execution
Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, client service requests, and service parameters on business processes
Remains current on forms, coverage, insurance carriers, industry trends, and legislation
DATA AND PROCESS INTEGRITY
Consistently follows client service workflows and appropriately engages internal resources such as process support team, procedure manuals, and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of execution
Accurately maintains complete client files including all activities, attachments and correspondence
Achieves desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting activity timeliness, quality metrics and goals
PEER RELATIONSHIPS
Participates and collaborates as needed in ongoing scheduled meetings with service team to discuss accounts, renewals, and new business
Communicates effectively with service teams and provides timely and complete information to allow them to establish positive client relationships and efficiently manage their processes and workload
Develops successful and effective working relationships with Producers, Account Executives, service team members, managers, carriers, and members of other departments
Required
Upon hire, Producers License for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health, as appropriate for role
Preferred
BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
Experience working with agency management systems
Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
