About This TeamThe Digital Analytics and Optimization team is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support Team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated global online guest experience, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations. a day in the life: what you'll do
Manage a team of product managers focused on improving data collection and activation for our digital properties
Responsible for creating and / or consolidating and owning the product vision, strategy and a 12 - 24-month roadmap for digital data products supporting analytics & optimization
Responsible for defining how our suite of data products align with the overall business / company strategy, what guest / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required
Document high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI's that push the analytics and optimization product strategy forward and achieve key objectives
Possess strong knowledge of data, BI/analytics, personalization, testing and related technology vendors and ecosystems, with the ability to drive technology strategy
Develop and maintain a system for identifying, managing and reporting on bugs and issues
Identify the need to adjust plans based on their portfolio and replan work based on their portfolio
Measure and report out on the success of new deliverables and enhancements
Manage partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet guest and/or stakeholder expectations
Partner with central product management teams to define operating models and ways of working
Review and approve direct report's quarterly plans, ongoing intake and replanning. Play an active role in unblocking teams as needed
Responsible for identifying impact to change and drives change management activities to ensure business continuity
Qualifications
8 years of experience in product management
5 years of people management experience
Ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines
Experience working directly with various types of engineering teams, managing engineering roadmaps and communicating technical information to senior leadership
Direct experience with analytical, testing and personalization products. Digital and app specific experience preferred
Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment
Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentations
Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
Demonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless execution
Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200-$218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
