The Warehouse Operator performs all warehouse processes across BRDO, specifically Glendronach, Benriach, MacDuff and Glenglassaugh. The position requires self-managed, self-directed personnel. The operator will be cross-trained in all aspects of the warehouse operation and is expected to have the ability to complete the job at hand in a safe, efficient, and quality-oriented manner. The Warehouse Operator is also expected to maintain equipment, trouble-shoot problems, follow directions and procedures, possess a positive attitude in the presence of the public and work well with other operators.

Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour

Your Role
- Manage the daily operations of our distillery tours, leading your team to deliver exceptional guest services.
- Train your team on all aspects of the guest experience, from the lore of our brand to the nuances of our tastings.
- Oversee the smooth operation of our tasting rooms and front desk, including inventory management and cash handling.
- Step into the role of storyteller, guiding tours and tastings to enchant our guests.
- Be the go-to for any challenges our guests may face, ensuring their visit is memorable for all the right reasons.
- Collaborate with management to innovate and refine our tour offerings.
- 3 years in hospitality, retail, or the spirits/wine industry.
- Leadership experience with a knack for inspiring your team.
- A flair for engaging presentations and top-notch customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and the occasional evening event.
- The physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in hospitality, retail or spirits/wine industry.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma.
