Job DescriptionVertex is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join the HEOR Operations Team to support project and publication management and tracking, systems implementation and maintenance, and process management and improvements for the entire HEOR Department. The HEOR Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards that support key HEOR deliverables (e.g., publications, HTA submissions, post-hoc data requests, disease area prevalence). In addition, this individual will support important HEOR initiatives including large cross-functional meetings (e.g., HEOR Summits, POA, VAKO), process improvements and execution (e.g. HEOR SharePoint Access Requests) and operational support and enhancements specific to HEOR’s Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE).This role will collaborate across HEOR sub-functions and with cross-functional partners to execute on these activities. Key Duties And Responsibilities
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for HEOR projects, publications, HTA submissions, post-hoc data request, North America HEOR interactions and approved resources
Maintain and update other HEOR tracking systems and reports (e.g., Data on File, epi and analytics requests, Field Resources in Veeva Matrix, PSMF)
Manage HEOR SharePoint access requests and renewals
Support the HEOR Analytics CoE by developing onboarding materials and process documentation, developing code lists and a code list repository, and liaising with other analytics teams
Support the HEOR team by developing, launching and maintaining an HEOR newsletter
Work cross-functionally with other departments that support the HEOR publication planning, North America HEOR Veeva CRM, etc.
Support planning and execute of HEOR meetings (e.g., disease-specific real-world evidence summits, North America POA, VAKO, and LRM)
Identify, recommend and implement innovative opportunities for streamlining team and business processes
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in an HEOR department, or related field, in either an operational, project management or analytical role
Strong familiarity with data visualization software such as Power BI
Experience with systems management including Veeva, Smartsheets and/or SharePoint
Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Range$134,400 - $201,600 Disclosure StatementThe range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
