The RoleYou will be part of a collaborative team, working alongside some of the industry’s top consultants. You will work on a wide variety of projects working for sophisticated clients, including many household names.

You will work in one or more of the following teams:
  • Manager Research – you will work as part of a research team, using robust research techniques to form a view of Investment managers across the world and across asset classes. This research contributes to building investment portfolios that seek to deliver differentiated investment outcomes, both from a return and risk perspective.
  • Portfolio Management – you will work as part of our delegated portfolio management team, combining top-down and bottom-up manager and asset class research and best in class analytics to direct portfolio investment decisions. You will be managing portfolio exposures across both multi-asset portfolios, as well as asset class specific funds (such as equities, alternative credit, real assets and liquid alternatives).
  • Manager Research and Due Diligence:
    • Assist in the evaluation and selection of investment managers across different asset classes.
    • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of potential and current managers.
    • Prepare and present manager research reports to the investment team.
  • Portfolio Management:
    • Work as part of our delegated portfolio management team where we have fidicuary responsibility over clients’ portfolios.
    • Combine top-down and bottom-up manager and asset class research with best-in-class analytics to direct portfolio investment decisions.
    • Manage portfolio exposures across both multi-asset portfolios and asset class-specific funds, such as equities, alternative credit, real assets, and liquid alternatives.
  • Client Service and Communication:
    • Support the preparation of client presentations and reports.
    • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on portfolio performance and strategy.
    • Assist in client meetings and presentations as needed.
  • Portfolio Analysis and Reporting:
    • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of client portfolio reports.
    • Conduct performance analysis and attribution for client portfolios.
    • Monitor portfolio allocations and recommend rebalancing actions as needed.
  • Operational Support:
    • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate and efficient trade execution, settlement, and reporting.
    • Maintain and update internal databases and systems with relevant investment information.
QualificationsThe Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with 1-3 years of experience
  • Progress towards CFA desirable
  • Interest in financial markets
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage time and projects individually
  • Ability to deliver high quality work while meeting deadlines
Compensation And BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $70,000-$80,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
