About The Team And The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the growth strategy for eBay Stores. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and driving the strategy for creating best in class tools and experiences for sellers to create, grow and support their eBay stores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build the product roadmap, identify the most efficient consumer journeys, and implement the roadmap to drive growth in traffic, conversion, revenue and GMV.
What You Will Accomplish
$168,400 - $262,900
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

- You will create a multiyear vision and strategy for eBay Stores that enable sellers with tools and experiences to build, grow and support their stores
- Develop and implement product roadmap's that deliver exceptional experiences across end-to-end store experiences focused on growing traffic, conversion, revenue and GMV
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, design, and analytics, to implement the roadmap and achieve business goals
- Define and measure key performance indicators (important metrics) to track the success of the growth strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize the product
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and collaborators

- 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent. MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working on marketplace stores, webstores, is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Consistent record of delivering successful products and driving business growth
