What does a great Network Operations - Telephony do?This position will create and update dialing campaigns, filter, list strategies. Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems/issues; Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing of dialer schedules; Document activities for outbound dialer. Must understand all relevant state and federal laws and ensure that the dialer system follows those laws.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for managing the dialer system.
- Ensure that the call center runs as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Execution and successful completion of Microsoft Office & Noble applications.
- Clearly detail issues for resolution.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- 3 years of hands-on experience working in a dialer.
- Familiarity with Noble applications.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations.
- Excellent communication and skills.
