Job DescriptionRole Overview: We’re seeking an analytical, detail-oriented and creative Paid Social Media Marketing Analyst to support our performance marketing company’s paid social initiatives. If you’re data-savvy and analytical, have a deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook/Meta, Instagram), and have a proven track record driving impactful results from paid social media advertising, TRANZACT is the place for you! HYBRID ROLE - IN OFFICE TUESDAYS/THURSDAYS.Responsibilities
  • Hands-on Campaign Management: Optimize paid social media advertising campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment
  • Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive paid social marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives. Identify new opportunities and innovative tactics to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Data Analysis, Performance Management and Reporting: Leverage data analysis & insights to optimize paid social media campaigns, tracking and owning key performance metrics, reporting out to various stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Be the voice and owner of your accounts, collaborating across teams to align paid social efforts with broader marketing objectives
  • Learn and try something new every day, and have fun doing it!
QualificationsQualifications:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Paid Social Media performance marketing, managing ROI-focused customer acquisition campaigns via Paid Social Media advertising (Meta, Instagram)
  • Passionate about Paid Social Media advertising, currently actively managing campaigns
  • Proven track record successfully developing and executing paid social strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong analytical skills – Hands-on data analysis skills, experienced in Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and/or similar platforms. Master’s Degree in Analytics or similar field is not required, but a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
